To secure exams using Safe Exam Browser, you are required to tag it with “Exam-official” on the quiz setup page. Be aware that including hyperlinks anywhere in the quiz text will break the security, and possibly participants lock them out of their exam. If they need this functionality (eg. links to digital formula sheets, etc) they need to contact BAL Digital for guidance and testing to ensure the correct <a> tag attributes are used to guarantee a secure environment.
